DT 3000's on front
DT 8000's on rear

Next up for the rig:

All this will come soon now that the wife has her Commander, she even gets it dirty.

I am currently building an offroad trailer (learning to weld better at the same time) so I can keep the Jeep and have room for the family.

Does that mean you are gonna keep it and go for it?
Not 100% sure. Technically I am still looking for something else (I want a SUPER-SUPER clean FJ60), and this one is a good runner-driver, I hate to canabalize it :(. We'll see... if someone is in the market for an FJ60, send them my way :D

Well, my name is Perry Loughridge. I "kinda" drive a 1987 Toyota 4runner. After getting rear ended a few years ago, it got sent down to Proffitts Cruisers. Where they took the insurance $$ and had some fun. It's worked well over the past few years.

Currently it sits at my cabin in Evergreen Co. Plans are in the works to "Revive Skelator". Might even end up sending it, and a fair amount of $$ back to Proffitts Cruiser to get it to my likings. It's been a great rig, allowing me to get in further into the Utah Desert, exploring regions once frequented by the Wild Bunch.

Looking Forward to having it running for this years Outlaws Run!!!!

1990 HZJ73 Land Cruiser - NOMAD

I live in Calgary, Kanukistan and drive a '90 HZJ73 Land Crusier (1HZ) from Japan (yup RHD + diesel). I've had it since 11/05 and has evolved over the past 2+ years with tons of mods meant for the sole purpose of expedition/camping trips. In fact I am heading out, again, to Mexico (Copper Canyon, et al.) in a day or so.

Mods: ARB front w/24V M8000 + 2 x FET LandMaster hi/lo aux lights, [custom rear w/ water carrier (40L)], , Matador work light, 2 x Lightforce 170 strikers, custom sliders, Hella turbo fan/19" map light, Cobra 75 CB, Yaesu FT7800, African Outback Drawers custom fitted, Helton Hot Water Sys, MT45, OME HD Dakar suspension, BFG AT 33x10.5x15, 2x Optima blue tops, Solar Converter 24-12V battery mgmt sys, Garrett T3/4 turbo, 2.5" exhaust, HD TC, Extreme Duty VB, Extreme 48" Hi-Lift w/ Kaymar bracket, JV MP3/WMA stereo w/ iPod Classic 80GB, Garmin C320, etc.

Don't know why the photos turned out so small but the hi-res ones wouldn't upload...too big!

You can see plenty of photos of my rig and others on various trips I have done @ http://mariner.spaces.live.com ...there are over 1500 photos in over 20 albums..enjoy. Here are a few....

Zabrinski Point, CA; Trona Pinancles, CA; Saline Vally Hot Springs, CA; Mike's Sky Ranch, Baja, MX; Bahia de Los Angles, Baja, MX

I've been somewhat hesitant in posting about my vehicle in this thread. Not because I'm ashamed or anything, but because I don't have any nifty cool pictures. I have them, yes, but they are all on film (because I'm a film guy). If I can find some, I'll post them. In the mean time, here are the specs:

1986 Suzuki Samurai JX Hard Top (Midnight blue w/optional rust)
Stock 1.3L Inline Four
4.16:1 Transfer Case
Stock Diff Gears
Rear LockRight
Missing Link Shackles
Rear Samurai springs moved to front (2" lift)
Front CJ-7 springs in rear (2" lift)
Extended shock mounts
Custom front and rear bumpers

Upcoming:
EFI Swap
Custom sliders
Roof Rack
Rust removal & new paint
Rear disk breaks
